The International Federation of Dental Educators and Associations (IFDEA) has launched the Global Network for Dental Education, an innovative, interactive website focused on dental education and learning that provides a platform for the exchange of information, curricular materials and ideas among dental educators, students and professionals globally.
As part of the Global Network, IFDEA has established a Global Knowledge Centre through which faculty, scientists, educators, and others may submit content of value to the dental education community for peer review and publication.
The purpose of the of the Global Knowledge Centre is to engage the global community in sharing knowledge, improving oral health and raising standards for dental educational worldwide.

- PowerPoint presentations with or without the audio of the lecture
- Repositories of image collections
- Case Reports
- Digital video
- Digital modules
- Podcasts
Programs should be submitted via the website with the following information:
- Theme
- Author(s) and institution
- Key words (4-6)
- Short summary (limited to 100 words)
- Declaration that the material will be open to free viewing and reproduction
