The International Federation of Dental Educators and Associations (IFDEA) announces new resources are now available for oral health educators around the world through its Global Network for Dental Education, a free, online collection of educational materials.
The non-profit IFDEA is dedicated to making quality resources available at no cost to dental educators around the globe. The association’s library of articles, educational modules, teaching tools and more is constantly growing. Topics covered include anatomy, endodontics, implant dentistry, oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthodontics, dentofacial orthopedics and health policy.
IFDEA membership offers a wide variety of benefits and opportunities:

"We are committed to improving oral health worldwide by making it easier for educators to learn from each other and share resources and tools," said Dr. Patrick J. Ferrillo, Jr., president of IFDEA. "We encourage dental educators to get involved in this growing community by sharing their own content and techniques that would be of interest to colleagues worldwide. Educators and administrators at new dental schools around the world, as well as those involved with long-established schools, are invited to join IFDEA and collaborate at a global level."
